As the Executive Assistant to the Director, Tom manages the schedule and travel logistics for Dr. Hancock and coordinates all the events hosted by the Kirwan Institute. He has been with Kirwan since 2024. His favorite part of working at Kirwan is learning from his colleagues and collaborating with empowered communities to influence policymakers to bring about equitable change for all. Tom graduated from The Ohio State University in 2021 with a bachelor’s in social work.
