Come join us as published Racial Battle Fatigue scholar and staff psychologist, Dr. Catherine C. Ragland Woods, presents on the topic of Racial Battle Fatigue (RBF). Centering the experiences of Blacks and African Americans, Dr. Ragland Woods will help learners to define and identify RBF across various contexts and settings. Additionally, she will offer suggestions for how to cope with, hold space for, and heal from RBF.
