2023 African American Behavioral Health Conference | April 6, 2023

On Thursday, April 6, 2023, the Kirwan Institute partnered with the Ohio State Office of Outreach & Engagement and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to host the 2023 African American Behavioral Health Conference at the Ohio State Fawcett Center.  From the social stigma surrounding mental health to the effects of health care policy, this conference brought together practitioners and attendees from a variety of backgrounds to discuss interdisciplinary approaches to tackling systemic challenges.
