- Supports the Institute’s Executive Director by contributing to the leadership team and managing human resource functions of the center
- Conducts contracts and grants management for the Institute
- Oversees the day-to-day operations for the Institute including administrative, financial and programmatic activities
- Provides administrative support to the Institute’s Executive Director
Emily has been at The Ohio State University since 2013, and joined Kirwan’s team in January of 2019. She is excited to be using her education and skillset to assist the institute in their mission of creating a just and inclusive society where all people and communities have the opportunity to succeed.
Emily received her Masters of Business Administration from Fisher College of Business in 2016 with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, she earned a B.A. in Child Development with minors in Family Development and Dance from The University of Akron.
In her spare time, Emily loves to spend time with her husband, children, and two Dobermans.
