Victor St. John, a Kirwan Institute Faculty Affiliate, has been selected as an inaugural Public Impact Research Fellow. St. John, an assistant professor in Ohio State’s John Glenn College of Public Affairs, studies the direct and indirect impacts of criminal justice systems, with a focus on the structural and systemic factors that perpetuate social disparities.
During the two-year fellowship, St. John will join scholars from across the country in sharing resources, tools and strategies designed to strengthen the public impact of research and its benefits to communities.
