Executive Assistant to the Executive Director
As Executive Assistant, Heidi supports the Executive Director in managing daily and long-term agendas, planning events, coordinating meetings, and facilitating programming opportunities. She joined the Kirwan Institute in August of 2023 and is committed to Kirwan's mission of ensuring that all people feel valued and have opportunities to succeed. What Heidi enjoys most in working at the Kirwan Institute is being able to be a part of a dedicated team who continually strives to make a positive impact on the community and who is heavily invested in supporting equity and inclusion through research and engagement. Prior to joining Kirwan Heidi was a high school English teacher for 28 years. She received her BS in Secondary English Education from Miami University.
